Recently, Hubei Figote has completed the overall production capacity layout based on two modern industrial bases, consolidated the development foundation of the industry with intelligent manufacturing and full-chain services, and continued to promote the high-quality development of medical clean equipment and prefabricated supporting industries.
The company has a total factory area of 100,000 square meters and a registered capital of 50 million yuan. It has been deeply involved in the fields of medical purification facilities and prefabricated construction equipment for many years. It operates two major specialized industrial parks simultaneously, forming an industrial development matrix integrating R&D, intelligent manufacturing, warehousing and logistics, and comprehensive operations.
Among them, Hubei Figote Medical Industrial Park covers an area of 183.5 acres and has been fully put into operation. The park focuses on the research and development and large-scale production of medical purification supporting products. Its core products include medical IT isolation transformers, medical airtight doors, modular clean wall panels, clean ceiling panels, surgical shadowless lights, mechatronics operating tables, operating room pendant towers and suspension bridges, and all types of clean space supporting equipment, which can fully meet the construction needs of clean scenes such as hospital operating rooms, ICUs, and laboratories. The industrial park plans to build eight standardized production workshops, equipped with automated wall panel production lines, automatic spraying production lines, composite air duct production lines, and integrated fully automatic production lines that integrate automatic glue application, hot pressing, and packaging processes. It is also equipped with a full set of intelligent processing equipment such as CNC fiber laser cutting machines, CNC punching machines, automatic laser welding equipment, and CNC bending machines to build a full-process automated manufacturing system. It currently has more than 200 professional technical operators and relies on mature production processes to steadily output high-standard clean supporting products.
As a key benchmark project of Yunmeng County’s “One Valley and Four Districts”, the Fegot Yungu Electronic Semiconductor Industrial Base was officially signed and implemented in April 2023. The overall planning of the project covers an area of 417 acres, and the first phase construction land is about 230 acres. The total planned investment is 500 million yuan, and it is positioned as a digital and prefabricated new comprehensive industrial carrier. The base plans to build a number of high-end medical equipment production lines and prefabricated building supporting production lines, and simultaneously implements a prefabricated building industrial park, an intelligent warehousing and logistics center, and a Huakang clean medical equipment comprehensive operation center, opening up a new path for the coordinated development of medical equipment and prefabricated clean engineering, and helping the regional high-end manufacturing industry cluster to expand capacity and improve quality.
