Parameter description
1. Basic structure: The inner tank and outer frame are made of 304 brushed stainless steel, with a material thickness of 0.9mm-1.2mm. The door panel is made of tempered glass + stainless steel door frame. The box has anti-corrosion, wear-resistant and beautiful properties. The inner wall surface is smooth and easy to clean. The inner surface roughness of the cavity is Ra≤0.4μm. It does not produce dust or collect dust, and is easy to sterilize, meeting the requirements of high clean environment;
2. Door body type: double-sided right-side single door, equipped with stainless steel handle + observation window (tempered glass, thickness 5mm), the window has high transparency and complies with GB16753.1 safety standards;
3. Sealing: The door body is surrounded by silicone sealing strips, the sealing performance is ≤0.5Pa/(m·s) (wind pressure leakage rate), and the sealing strips meet the air tightness requirements to ensure a stable pressure difference in the clean area.
