ZF series integral reflective surgical shadowless lamps are widely applicable to the lighting needs of various surgical situations and are ideal lighting equipment for modern operating rooms. The overall reflective optical system created by CAD/CAM technology has an illumination depth of ≥1000mm; the color temperature compensation technology is used to improve the color reproduction, making it more suitable for lighting in large and complex operations such as brain surgery and thoracic surgery. Microcomputer digital control, with eight-segment brightness selection, illumination memory function and wide voltage operating characteristics, stable operation within the range of AC 180V ~ 250V, and strong anti-interference ability. The fully enclosed streamlined lamp body design fully meets the current operating room disinfection and high-standard laminar flow requirements. The lamp panel is injection molded from German PC (bulletproof plastic), making the light softer and safer. The focusing system has a sophisticated structure, making it quick and easy to replace the bulb and porcelain lamp holder; the removable handle cover can be sterilized at high temperatures (≤134°C). It has a backup light bulb automatic switching function. When the main light burns out, the auxiliary light will automatically light up within 0.2 seconds. There is a failure indication of the main and auxiliary lights on the handle panel to remind you to replace it in time after surgery. A soft start device is set up to effectively extend the service life of the bulb. Imported long-life halogen tungsten bulbs are used, and the bulb life reaches ≥1000 hours. The key components are all made of international famous brands, which ensure smooth and reliable operation. Flame-retardant materials are temperature-resistant and safe, and comply with IEC standards. Equipped with a lightweight imported balance arm suspension system, six sets of joints linkage, light movement and stable positioning. The 360-degree design can meet the needs of different heights and angles during surgery. Advanced digital imaging technology greatly facilitates remote medicine, teaching, scientific research and data archiving: fully digital signal output ensures signal loss-free transmission, and static images can be captured at any time and stored directly on a USB flash drive. Functions such as zoom adjustment, static image capture and 360-degree electric rotation of the camera direction can be controlled through the control box, PC or disinfection handle. With standard mechanical interface, the same camera can be mounted on a separate camera arm or light head as needed to achieve high economy. The system adopts a variety of advanced technologies such as high-sensitivity integrated digital cameras and multimedia computer digital monitoring systems. The zoom lens provides 22x zoom, making it easy to observe the panoramic surgical scene or perform partial magnification.
